  • Asya Filatova
    PhD in Philosophy, Research Fellow at the Center for AI-based Educational Solutions, School of Advanced Studies, University of Tyumen
    Asya graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and Cultural Studies at Rostov State University with a degree in Cultural Studies (2004) and completed postgraduate studies at the same faculty (2007). She was awarded the Candidate of Philosophical Sciences degree (PhD equivalent) in 2007 in the fields of Theory and History of Culture and Ontology and Theory of Knowledge. Her dissertation was titled “The Concept as a Constitutive Element of Culture (a Cognitive Approach).” She has held positions as Associate Professor at Southern Federal University, Don State Technical University, and other institutions. Since 2022, she has served as Associate Professor at the School of Education, University of Tyumen, and as a Visiting Lecturer at the School of Advanced Studies (SAS). Since 2025, she has been a Research Fellow at the Center for AI-Driven Educational Design, School of Advanced Studies. Since 2023, she has also been an Associate Research Fellow at the Department of Social Epistemology, Institute of Philosophy, Russian Academy of Sciences. She is a member of the editorial board of the journal Epistemology & Philosophy of Science and the author of more than 60 scholarly publications.
  • Alexey Vasiliev
    PhD in Physics and Mathematics, Research Fellow at the Center for AI-based Educational Solutions, School of Advanced Studies, University of Tyumen
    Alexey graduated from Novosibirsk State University: B.Sc. in Mathematics (2018), M.Sc. in Mathematics and Mechanics (2020), and postgraduate studies in the same field (2024). Ph.D. in Physics and Mathematics (thesis “Supergroups of Primary Subgroups in Groups Close to Simple Groups,” defended in 2025); specialization: group theory. Taught at the Department of Algebra and Mathematical Logic, NSU; at the School of Computer Science, University of Tyumen; and at the Advanced Engineering School, University of Tyumen (Associate Professor). Held research roles at the Sobolev Institute of Mathematics, Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Research Engineer, Research Intern, Junior Researcher); at the Krasovskii Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics, Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Research Mathematician); and at the Mathematical Center in Akademgorodok (Research Engineer). Experienced in developing and leading IT projects in mathematics education (assignment submission system nsuhw.ru; website for the Great Mathematics Workshop in Akademgorodok, great-math.ru). Since 2025 - Research Fellow at the Center for AI-based Educational Solutions, School of Advanced Studies, University of Tyumen.
  • Anastasia Gafner
    Senior lecturer in the School of Education at Tyumen State University
    Anastasia graduated from Nizhnevartovsk State University with a degree in Commerce (2014). She also earned a master's degree in Higher Education Teacher from Tyumen State University (2018) and a postgraduate degree in General Pedagogy, History of Pedagogy, and Education (2025). She has been working at Tyumen State University since 2015, starting as a specialist in the Career and Alumni Relations Center, then as a laboratory assistant in the Department of General and Social Pedagogy. Since 2018, she has worked part-time as an assistant in the Department of General and Social Pedagogy. Her current position is as a senior lecturer in the Department of Pedagogy at the School of Education.
    She was named Teacher of the Year at Tyumen State University in the "Public Recognition 2022" category. Teacher of the Year in the Assistant category (2023), Grand Prix, Teacher of the Year in the Senior Lecturer category (2024). Winner of the 2024 All-Russian "Golden Names of Higher Education" competition in the "Young Scientific and Pedagogical Talents" category. Research interests: artificial intelligence in education, student self-determination in the context of individual educational trajectories. Anastasia has published over 20 scientific papers on developing student self-determination and integrating artificial intelligence into the educational process. She is the academic supervisor of numerous student victories in All-Russian and international competitions and olympiads in pedagogy.
  • Lyubov Gladkova
    Cand. Sc. (Pedagogy), Associate Professor at the Department of Pedagogy, School of Education, Tyumen State University
    Lyubov graduated from Tyumen State University in the specialty "Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education" in 2012, and completed a master's program "Methodology and Methods of Social Upbringing" in 2014. In 2017, she finished her postgraduate studies and received the qualification "Research Teacher."Since September 2021, she has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy of Childhood. Since January 2023, she has been the head of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy of Childhood. In 2019, she successfully defended her Ph.D. dissertation on the specialty 13.00.01 General Pedagogy, History of Pedagogy and Education on the topic "Formation of Experience of Socially Safe Behavior of Minors in the Process of Online Socialization." Lyubov Nikolaevna developed and implemented new methods for forming socially safe behavior experience among minors within Internet social services structures, including AI experiments in students' research work, across various age groups (preschoolers, primary school children, university students) in educational institutions and youth policy organizations in the southern region of the Tyumen Oblast (a total of 12 institutions).Lyubov Nikolaevna has published more than 35 works (including 7 VAK publications, 5 indexed in Web of Science), one monograph, and two teaching manuals. She is also: A participant in RFBR grants under the supervision of V.I. Zagvyazinsky (2011-2021); A member of the team led by O.A. Selivanova to develop a master’s program "Inclusive Education" funded by the Vladimir Potanin Charitable Foundation; The recipient of a special nomination "For Contribution to the Development of Inclusive Education" at the III All-Russian Competition of Young University Teachers (Lomonosov Moscow State University, Moscow, 2019); First-degree laureate of the I All-Russian Competition of Practices of Inclusive Higher Education, 2021; An expert in the regional competition of best mentors in additional education and volunteering in the Tyumen Oblast, Tyumen, 2020-2024; An expert in the III All-Russian Network Student Projects Competition "Professional Tomorrow," Moscow, 2020, Stavropol, 2023.
  • Valeria Evdash
    Director, Center for Foreign Languages & Communication and the Director of the Center for Academic Writing “Impulse’, University of Tyumen
    With over 25 years of experience teaching EFL, she has also worked as a teacher trainer. Valeria is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Association of Academic Writing Experts “National Writing Centers Consortium”, the Russian National Association of Teachers of English (NATE Russia), and TESOL. Additionally, she is an alumnus of U.S. government-sponsored exchange programs. Her expertise covers Continuing Professional Development, English language acquisition and methodology, and academic writing. At national and international conferences, she has shared her insights through engaging presentations that combine innovative teaching techniques with real-world examples.
